Aura Ally Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on https://auraally.com/ within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or returns.

1. Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility and Conditions To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, with all original tags and accessories intact. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For defective or damaged items (including shipping damage), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon verification.

4. Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Exchanges Exchanges are permitted within the 30-day return window, subject to the same eligibility conditions. We will ship the replacement item upon receipt and approval of the returned item (with any price difference adjusted).

6. Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 10–20% may apply to returns of large furniture items.

7. Damaged or Defective Items / Shipping Issues If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for pickup (where applicable), replacement, or a full refund at no cost to you.

8. Exceptions There are no exceptions to the eligibility conditions outlined above.

9. Warranties Certain products (including furniture) may be covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for details. We do not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

10. Third-Party Fulfillment and Dropshipping Some orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers or fulfillment centers using dropshipping. Return and refund procedures remain the same, and we will coordinate directly with the fulfillment partner to process your request.
